MRS. NGUYEN THI VAN
With many years of experience in education, Ms. Nguyen Thi Van currently serves as Vice Principal of Olympia, overseeing the Middle and High School divisions (Grades 6–12). In this role, she focuses on both academic and personal development, ensuring that students learn in an environment that is rigorous yet encourages creativity and self-expression.
Ms. Van supervises and coordinates academic programs, directly engages in student evaluation, and accompanies students throughout their growth journey. She also plays an active role in career counseling, preparing students with the skills and confidence needed for university and beyond. At the same time, she supports teachers in addressing the specific needs of secondary education, fostering strong connections between teaching approaches, academic orientation, and personal development.
Above all, Ms. Nguyen Thi Van believes that education at the secondary level is not only about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing independent thinking, cultivating social responsibility, and inspiring young people to pursue their dreams with confidence.
