MRS. PHAN THU HANG
Ms. Phan Thu Hang is responsible for supervising academic quality and implementing the curriculum at Sakura Kindergarten. With a strong background in Early Childhood Education in Japan, she has developed bilingual learning programs tailored to young learners, while also supporting teacher training and ensuring consistent teaching standards across all classrooms. She works directly with teachers to assess, monitor, and report each child’s progress, creating an inspiring and effective learning environment.
Having spent many years studying and working in Japan, and previously introducing Japanese education models in Da Nang, Ms. Hang brings to Sakura – Olympia a spirit of discipline, excellence, and heartfelt care. She is deeply committed to nurturing children’s character and lifelong skills, always guided by compassion and dedication to the future of the next generation.
At Sakura - Olympia, Ms. Hang aspires to work alongside teachers to infuse the “Japanese spirit” into every lesson and activity, closely aligned with the school’s 10 Habits program. More than building knowledge, her passion is to spread positivity, helping every child discover joy, confidence, and a love for learning throughout their early years.
