On the morning of May 28, 2025, the Sakura Kindergarten courtyard was filled with colors, music, and laughter during the school’s year-end celebration. More than just a summary of achievements, this was a poignant moment to reflect on sweet memories, silent efforts, and proud milestones reached over the past year.
Overview of the 2024–2025 Closing Ceremony at Sakura Kindergarten
The ceremony began with lively performances by Sakura’s dedicated teachers, igniting excitement and joy among the little ones and their parents. In this jubilant atmosphere, Principal Phan Thi Xuan Tram shared her happiness at seeing the children grow day by day, achieving remarkable progress in health, knowledge, and skills. Beyond the academic accomplishments, extracurricular activities, festivals, and hands-on events provided unforgettable experiences for both students and parents.

Sakura takes great pride in the milestones of this school year: teachers recognized for excellence at the district level, awards in the Dance Festival, a first-place citywide prize in the Educational Environment Design Contest, and high commendations from health and education inspectors. But above all, the greatest joy came from celebrating 195 determined little faces recognized as “Good Children – Good Students,” and especially the 50 “small blossoms” from the Himawari class, who have completed their senior kindergarten program and are ready to soar toward new horizons of learning.

As summer warmly arrives, teachers and students joyfully bid farewell to the 50 Himawari graduates of the 2024–2025 cohort.
The Himawari Graduation Ceremony took place in the afternoon of the same day.
During their years at Sakura, the Himawari students actively cultivated good habits, developed life skills, and participated enthusiastically in learning and experiences with their teachers and friends. Among them, the title of “Outstanding Kindergarten Student of the 2024–2025 School Year” awarded to Mai Bao Han (Himawari 3) and Phan Quynh Lam (Himawari 2) stands as a testament to their hard work.
“The moment of parting is near; the bonds of childhood under this beloved roof will soon become only memories, joys tinged with the sadness of saying goodbye to teachers, friends, and school. I hope you will carry the beautiful things you’ve learned at Sakura as your luggage for the journey ahead in elementary school. Though you will soon leave this beloved place, I, Teacher Tram, and all your teachers will always be watching over your steps. Keep studying well, being good, and making your parents and teachers proud! I wish you all the best in your studies and that you always obey your grandparents, parents, and everyone around you.” — Principal Phan Thi Xuan Tram’s farewell, speaking on behalf of all Sakura’s teachers to the Himawari graduates.

A Himawari parent representative also shared heartfelt reflections during the graduation ceremony.
The success of the 2024–2025 school year was thanks to the tireless efforts of dedicated teachers, the support staff who stood by and uplifted the school, and especially the trust and partnership of parents throughout the journey. Tight hugs, teary eyes, and resounding applause closed the ceremony, leaving behind warm echoes and strong faith in an even brighter path ahead.
Sakura wishes all our children and their families a vibrant, joyful, and enriching summer. We look forward to seeing you again on new journeys, where love continues to overflow and dreams soar ever higher!
