Graduation & Closing Ceremony at Olympia Primary, Middle, and High School, Academic Year 2024–2025

Date Submitted: 30/05/2025

On May 30, 2025, Olympia proudly held its Closing Ceremony for the 2024–2025 school year, marking the end of a year filled with effort, emotion, and growth. In an atmosphere alive with laughter, applause, and beautiful melodies, teachers, parents, and students looked back on a proud academic journey — where knowledge, sharing, and human values were nurtured day by day.

In the 2024–2025 school year, Olympia achieved remarkable milestones: students bravely challenged themselves and made their mark in district, city, national, and international competitions; student Duong Bao Kha advanced to the Tournament of Champions of the prestigious World Scholar’s Cup and achieved impressive results... Most notably, the daily efforts of students and teachers, along with the strong support from parents, helped Sakura-Olympia gain global educational recognition when Olympia was officially accredited as Cambridge International School VN291 on November 1, 2025.

The Closing Ceremony was a moment to honor these efforts and achievements while delivering the message that every effort, no matter how small, holds meaning.

Rewards for a year of hard work

As the summer approached joyfully, Grade 5 (Mars) and Grade 12 students bid a bittersweet farewell to a chapter of learning.

For Mars Class (Grade 5), the Primary Graduation Ceremony marked the end of five meaningful years — starting from the Sun (Grade 1), passing through Mercury (Grade 2), Venus (Grade 3), Earth (Grade 4), and now Mars (Grade 5), where these young explorers proudly stood ready to step into the wider, more challenging, yet promising universe of middle school.

For the Grade 12 students — the pioneers of Olympia High School — the Graduation Ceremony marked a proud milestone of maturity. Their three years of high school came to a close, opening the door to their first major challenge: the National Graduation Exam, leading them toward university and adulthood. In an emotional moment, the Olympia High School teachers sent a heartfelt message: “You, the Class of 2k7, are truly special. You have bravely adapted to a new curriculum, innovative teaching methods, and a challenging graduation format. Your determination and effort are our pride, and we believe you will conquer the upcoming exam and unlock new opportunities for your future.”

In response, student Thai Le Nhat Khang, representing Grade 12, promised: “We don’t need to be the best, but we will give our all, carrying Olympia’s values of ethics, health, and knowledge as we conquer the future.”
