On March 15, 2025, under the brilliant Da Nang sunshine, students, parents, and teachers of Sakura - Olympia gathered for a Sports Festival brimming with energy and excitement. More than just a test of physical endurance, Sport Day celebrated unity, strengthened bonds, and reaffirmed our commitment to holistic well-being—nurturing physical health, mental resilience, and the strength of togetherness.

The event started with a dynamic mass performance by Olympia’s Primary and Secondary students, filling Son Tra Stadium with electrifying energy. Enthusiastic dance moves and synchronized gestures ignited the crowd, setting the perfect stage for the thrilling competitions.

The opening performance ignited the spirit of Sport Day, energizing the entire stadium.

Guided by event organizers, students and parents warmed up, ensuring a safe and injury-free competition.

As the referee’s whistle pierced the air, the speed race for Primary students officially began—marking the start of Sport Day 2025’s challenges. With determination, young runners dashed towards the finish line, cheered on by an enthusiastic crowd. The relay race was thrilling, showcasing families' teamwork and coordination as they sprinted towards victory in a series of breathtaking events.

Meanwhile, the basketball court for Secondary students was heating up with fierce competition, as players showcased skillful dribbles, strategic plays, and precision shots. Each match was a thrilling display of agility, tactics, and teamwork, keeping spectators in their seats until the final buzzer.

Congratulations to the Green Team for securing First Place, the Yellow Team for earning Second Place, and the Red and Blue Teams, who shared Third Place in the basketball tournament.

One of the most heartwarming highlights of Sport Day was the Parent-Child Soccer Match for Grades 3, 4, and 5. Beyond a mere game, this event symbolized family bonding, where parents and children stood together—celebrating victories, embracing challenges, and creating unforgettable memories.


The oversized pants—a fun yet challenging prop that strengthened family bonds during the match.

Congratulations to the Yellow Team for clinching First Place, the Green Team for securing Second Place, and the Red and Blue Teams, who tied for Third Place in the oversized pants soccer match.

Adding to the excitement was the high-stakes tug-of-war showdown between parents and teachers. The air buzzed with energy as both teams dug their heels in, chanted in unison, and pulled with unwavering determination—showcasing unbreakable teamwork and resilience.

Sport Day 2025 celebrated sportsmanship, perseverance, and unity beyond competition. These unforgettable moments will inspire every SOer to push their limits, embrace challenges, and continue their journey of self-improvement.
