1. Subject: Contest for Sakura - Olympia elementary and middle school students

2. How to participate and contest schedule

- Registration period: From October 22, 2024, to October 28, 2024, students choose a character from literary works to dress up and write a short sharing (under 100 words) about why they love the chosen character and send participation information at this registration link.

- Time to take photos at school: On the morning of October 29, 2024, students dress up as their chosen character and take photos at a specially designed check-in corner. The school's Communications Department will assist students in taking photos at the check-in corner.

- Time to post contest entries: On October 29, 2024, entries will be posted on Sakura-Olympia's official fanpage.

- Interactive contest participation time: Until 10AM October 31, 2024.

- Results announcement time: October 31, 2024.

3. Method of calculating points

Exam scores are calculated as follows: 60% from interaction points + 40% from judges points. In there:

- For interaction points: 1 like = 1 point, 1 share = 2 points, not counting virtual interactions. Each account can only share once and attach the hashtag #HalloweenCosplayContest #CharactersSteppingOutFromThePages

- The jury's scoring criteria are as follows:

+ Similarities with original characters: 30 points.

+ Creativity in makeup: 20 points.

+ Charisma and expression: 20 points.

+ Caption – Feelings about the character: 30 points. 

Note: The judges' scoring results are final.
