Dear Parents, 

Due to the complex developments of heavy rainfall and a Level 3 flood warning in Da Nang, weather forecasts indicate that our area will experience heavy to very heavy rain, particularly from the afternoon of Wednesday, October 22, 2025. To ensure the absolute safety of students, teachers, and staff, the Board of Management of Sakura - Olympia School System respectfully announces the following:  

1. Sakura Kindergarten students: School will be closed on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. The make-up schedule will be communicated to parents as soon as it is finalized.

2. Olympia Primary to High School students: Classes will shift to online learning via MS Teams. Homeroom teachers will provide detailed schedules and login instructions to parents as soon as possible.

3. Safety recommendations: Parents are kindly requested to supervise their children at home, avoid going outside during the storm and heavy rain, and stay updated with weather forecasts and school announcements via email, Zalo, or the school’s official website.

4. Resumption of in-person classes: Teaching and learning activities at school will resume when weather conditions stabilize. The school will provide updates as soon as possible.
