A DIFFERENT PATH FROM THE VERY BEGINNING

The journey of Olympia Primary, Middle & High School stands as a testament to that commitment. 

In late 2015, driven by the vision of creating a new educational model, Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao, President of Dong A University, dedicated the University's first campus to establishing Olympia Primary, Middle & High School. From its earliest days, Olympia chose to develop an integrated educational model, combining Vietnam's National General Education Curriculum with international programs while embracing the educational philosophy of "Conquering Heights - Crafting Happiness" as the guiding principle for all school activities.

Introducing a new educational model naturally brought skepticism. At a time when education in Vietnam was still largely defined by examinations, grades, and traditional entrance tests, the integrated curriculum prompted many parents to wonder whether it would place excessive pressure on their children. Although impressed by the school's facilities, learning environment, and teaching staff, many families approached this new model with understandable caution. 

Rather than compromising or pursuing short-term trends, Olympia's founders and leadership remained committed to a long-term belief: education is a lifelong journey, and building a school's reputation requires time, consistency, and trust. This unwavering commitment enabled Olympia to gradually overcome initial skepticism and establish itself as a trusted educational institution among parents and the wider community.

Since its establishment, Olympia has embraced "Conquering Heights - Crafting Happiness" as its guiding educational philosophy. This philosophy resonates with President Ho Chi Minh's words in his 1945 letter to local government authorities: 

"If our country is independent but the people do not enjoy freedom and happiness, then independence itself has little meaning."
