SPRING FESTIVAL 2026 – SAKURA KINDERGARTEN

SPRING FESTIVAL 2026 – SAKURA KINDERGARTEN

Date Submitted: 04/02/2026

As spring arrives each year, Sakura Kindergarten comes alive with a colorful festival filled with laughter and precious childhood memories. The Spring Festival 2026 is organized not only to bring joy at the beginning of the year, but also to create opportunities for students, parents, and the school to connect in a warm and familiar traditional cultural setting.

The Spring Festival is an annual event of special significance at Sakura. Through this program, the school aims to provide students with opportunities to play, explore, and express their creativity through activities that are appropriate for the kindergarten age group. At the same time, the festival serves as a bridge connecting families and the school, as parents actively participate, experience the activities, and accompany their children during the early days of spring.

In addition, traditional folk games and cultural activities are thoughtfully integrated to help children become familiar with, appreciate, and develop a love for the beautiful cultural values of the Lunar New Year.

At the Spring Festival 2026, students will take part in a variety of traditional folk games such as hopscotch, ring toss, fishing games, bamboo dancing, fortune drawing, and clay pot breaking. These activities not only encourage physical movement and coordination but also offer children hands-on cultural experiences while strengthening family bonding with parents.

In addition, children will have the opportunity to make traditional Banh Chung under adult guidance, as well as participate in creative activities such as decorating lucky envelopes, making lanterns, and printing apricot blossom patterns. Each finished product brings joy and a sense of pride to the children during the early days of the New Year.

Another meaningful highlight of the festival is the Spring Market area, organized with the participation of parents. The market features Tet-themed products, handmade items, and familiar foods, creating a friendly space for interaction and contributing to a close-knit, sharing Sakura community.

Sakura Kindergarten cordially invites parents and families to join us at the Spring Festival 2026, to enjoy the festive atmosphere together with your children, cherish beautiful childhood moments, and begin a warm and joyful New Year at Sakura.
